Bob has been in the rod making industry for over 30 years; he is a well experienced rod builder and all of his rods are built to a very high standard.

When Custom built - Bob starts off with a rod blank (from well known British suppliers; such as Century and Harrison) then builds the rod to suit your specifications,for example:
- Handles can be full length or abbreviated and constructed from 'Cork', 'Duplon' or 'Japanese Shrink Tube' etc in conjunction with rod rings and fittings from 'Fuji' and other leading manufacturers.
- Rings can be Silicone Carbide, Aluminum Oxide, Single Leg - Three Leg and spaced to suit the particular job in hand,
- The colour of rod whippings and overall finish is optional too.
As well as the above custom service, Bob has his own exclusive range known as 'EUROSPEC' which incorporates carp, barbel and specialist rods.
